Perfect for your next BBQ or lunch, this flavour packed condiment is great as a dip, smothered on burgers or topped on a salad.

Ingredients
100g Mayonnaise
100g Master Cook Kimchi – Drained
Season with a dash of Master Cook Soy Sauce.
Chilli powder or gochugaru powder
Garnish with additional kimchi, chilli powder or toasted sesame seeds.
Preparation
Step 1
Chop the kimchi and mix with the mayonnaise.
Step 2
Season with soy sauce and chilli powder to taste.
Step 3
Add to your serving dish and garnish.
TIP: For a smoother dip, blend together with a food processor or stick blender.
